RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

cost was reasonable, order system easy, rug came in good condition and very promptly.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a $320 rug that looked nothing at all like the rug I ordered and they refused to cover the shipping cost to ship the rug back and I had to pay $50 to ship a rug bag that looked nothing like the one ordered that wasn't my fault at all.

I had no trouble in ordering or receiving my rug. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It is the perfect addition to my dining room.

I was looking for a very specific size rug and easily found MANY options!

great rug and dilivered as expected

I think RugPal's return procedure is cumbersome, unnecessarily complicated and not customer friendly. It seems to me that the company intends to make returns difficult. I am sorry to say that I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered this rug for my little grandson and he totally loves it! It is also very well made and good graphics! Thanx!

Got a great rug for a low price and free shipping. It came quick and looks exactly like the picture
