RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Quality services and product!

Looking for a particular rug that was out of stock on another site and found it on rugpal in various sizes and for less money.

I'm always a little worried about making a purchase on-line. Your website is well put together and easy to 'navigate'. I can't wait to receive my items and will definitely refer RugPal to my family and friends.

Great company, fair prices. Willing to price match as well. I had no need to contact customer service as the products descriptions were plenty and the check out process was easy. Delivery as fast and the rugs were packaged and protected securely.

The site was great, showing every conceivable rug. I found one I love, which was easy to order, and within a few days, I received a notice that it had shipped. I anticipate an arrival this week, and so far I highly recommend the site. I like the fact that I can return it within 21 days too. Made shopping online hassle free.

Ordered the rug on Sunday 3/27, it shipped on 4/1, and received it 4/5, 10 days after ordering. I think that turnaround time was very good. It was easy to order and the price was considerably less than any other supplier for the same rug. And the rug is better than pictured, so we're happy and would recommend the site.

From the quality of the rugs to their prices, we could not be happier! Delivery was fast and free too.

We received excellent service. One rug that we originally selected was out of stock and our second choice was quickly shipped. We were actually more pleased with the two alternatives that were offered as replacements. RugPal will be highly recommended.
