RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I ordered a rug on Hayneedle a few years back and needed a replacement. Hayneedle didn't have it, but Rugpal did, and it was $20 less than what I originally paid! Ordering was easy, item shipped right on time. So far I am pleased with this website and I will likely come here to shop for rugs again.

They processed and shipped the order quickly

I always have bought my Safavieh area rugs from other websites for the past 11 years, I found the RugPal website while shopping for new area rugs just last month. I have already purchased a 9'6 x 13'6, a 8.3 x 11 and a 7'6 x 9'3 area rugs, I am not only very happy that I love my rugs but super happier that I saved a lot more money than if I had bought them on the other websites. I research for the best price before I buy my rugs because prices do vary from all other websites and I do want the best product for the least money.

Order process was very easy and was kept informed through out. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchasing through Rugpal was a very easy process. They also have a huge variety of floor coverings for both inside and out. I reviewed several companies, looking for the right rug for my covered porch and Rugpal is where I found it. Great shopping experience.

The title of this review speaks for itself and my order has not yet arrived but from the beginning I was treated with respect even when I blundered they made it work out to my betterment and in doing so secured my loyality

Website good, rug arrived on time. I liked the return policy in case the rug ended up something that I didn't want. Thanks.

Rug even nicer than pictured (and lighter in color).
