RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I've never ordered from them so I called after placing my order online customer service was very respectful very useful and helpful let me know and reassure me that everything will be alright my order has already shipped confirmation has been sent to me and I can't wait to see the product

It was very easy to view rugs on your website. The prices are easy on the eye also.

Had questions before hand and had immediate correspondence with them.

I received my order quickly and my rug is beautiful!

Only problem noted was with entry of country for address and billing. Otherwise, the website experience was wonderful!

The website is well displayed and easy to navigate. Ordering is straightforward and efficient. As a return customer, I have full confidence in their products.

I purchased this rug in online. I had couple of questions regarding delivery , their customer service very friendly and professional. My purchase process was very easy , and free shipping !!!!.

I was quite impressed with the customer support. The pictures of a carpet I wanted was unclear, and the customer support person (Allison) told me she would check it out in the ware house and get back to me. She was back to me with an answer and pictures within a few minutes. Then, after ordering 4 large carpets, I decided to modify the order to one small carpet so that I could first check out the color before ordering the large carpets. Allison, once again helped me, this time to modify the order. My carpet is being delivered tomorrow. If it is the right color, I will be delighted to purchase the 3 matching carpets. My experience with RugPal has been very positive and I will shop here again.
