I’ve been shopping Rufflebutts for a little over a year, and I love the products. The quality is fantastic! The website is easy to navigate. I really enjoy receiving the “daily deals” emails to see what they’re promoting. Overall, my experience has been completely positive.

I have been buying Ruffle Butts outfits for my 15 month old granddaughter for the past year now. The outfits are both cute and the quality is great! My daughter tells me she gets lots of complements when she takes my granddaughter to the park to play.

I bought the golden sweater tunic and ivory tights as a back to s hook gift for my granddaughter. You can tell by the smile on her face what a hit it was. I can’t say enough Positive things about RuffleButts/RuggedButts. They are a wonderful company with a quality product and great customer service. Thank you RuffleButts/RuggedButts

Customer service was very helpful when I did not receive my tracking information. The way it was packaged was top of the line high end. I bought a rashguard, board shorts, and a hat for my 6 month old baby. Everything looked amazing when I 1st got it. After the 1st wash the board shorts faded, the rash guard is hand wash only, no problem with the hat. Size runs small. My baby is 18lbs and their size says up to 23lbs. I guess I should have looked at the size chart before I bought. I gave them two stars due to the price and how bad the product faded. At a high price point I expected better quality.

Their clothing is hand wash only. Being a mom of twins, I do not have time to hand wash their clothes. It is a waste. Do not waste your time unless you have the time to hand wash baby clothes.

First, thanks for your business Emily. We're a little surprised at the review you left however, as the Personalized Presley Plaid dress you purchased (https://www.rufflebutts.com/mint-peach-white-plaid-button-back-dress.html) states on the page to "Machine wash cold, only non-chlorine bleach when needed, tumble dry low". We realize the garment is 100% cotton and can wrinkle a bit if left in the dryer after the cycle finishes. Please reach out as we'd love to help improve your experience!
