I am such a huge fan of Rufflebutts. They always go above and beyond with shipping and making sure their product gets to the costumer in a timely manner. The clothes are absolutely wonderful and great quality.

I shop for my Granddaughter every chance I get. Ruffle Butts clothing is great quality and so very cute. I ordered several shirts for her but my daughter said I think they are going to be too big. When I received them I ordered the wrong size. I just got online and did a return and within a day after they received them back they returned the right size. I Love the company and they are so easy to work with.

I love the product! BUT I hate how when you order from the website it takes TOO LONG TO PROCESS THE ORDER!! Don’t pay for fast shipping. You will not get it when you expect it! Falsely indicate... Disappointed!!!

We're so sorry to hear about your experience Samara! To be honest, your review led us to re-evaluate our shipping practices and we've put safeguards in place to ensure scenarios like your don't happen again. Apologies again, we're not perfect, but always listen and try to keep getting better!

I love the quality of Ruffle butts and enjoy taking advantage of their flash sales! However, I feel they should offer free shipping if spending $30 or more. They do have a limited inventory unlike other bigger stores so their free shipping offer should also have a lower purchase requirement. Also, I would not mind paying a yearly "membership" fee that would offer free shipping throughout the year. This would entice customers to buy more and more often. Hope this review helps!

The swimsuit I ordered for my daughter is adorable and I loved it! However, after only a few uses, all of the snaps ripped off as I was trying to get her dressed. I contacted customer service to let them know and never heard back. Edited: my first response three weeks ago must not have went through properly because they had no record of it. I left this review after waiting two weeks for a response. I never would’ve left a negative review after such a short time. After my review and another chat message, I received a response promptly the next day and my problem is being taken care of! Thank you!

Megan- Thanks so much for your business. We're sorry you experienced an issue with one of our items and will 100% make it right for you. In searching our customer service system I see your first attempt to contact us about this issue was via chat on our website around the same time this review was left. Our customer service team does take the weekend off and I see they've responded to your inquiry first thing this morning. While we apologize for the issue and will handle via the message we've sent - we're also a bit saddened to have a negative review left stating we haven't responded, even though we were given no time to do so. Regardless, we're here to help and look forward to doing so for you.

I ordered the coral one piece swim suit for my 8 month old daughter. She’s wearing a 6-12 months right now and this swim suit was too tight on her little legs. Wish we would have sized up because it’s going to just sit in the closet. Cutest thing ever, I just recommend sizing up. She wore it once but she cried the whole time until I unbuttoned the bottom.

Having ordered numerous items this summer I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this company from selection, quality, shipping, and customer service. They have always been very helpful and timely if I needed an exchange/refund. I will continue to shop here as long as I have young granddaughters.

These long sleeve rash guard bikinis are the best! Great sun coverage and quality fabric. I’ve already ordered two on sale for next year! Love Ruffle Butts!!!
