I ordered a monogrammed sweater for my granddaughter and 3 pair of tights. I had directly sent to her so have not been able to see the items but from the photos they look lovely. At some point I will see a photo of her wearing her new sweater. Online service was great. Will order again.

I still have not received my package that I ordered on the week of Thanksgiving (it’s currently 6 days from Christmas). I received a box labeled with my own address and name on it, but inside the box was a receipt for someone else and all of their items. My CS email was answered quickly and the problem was promised a resolution, but I was also told that at least 3 of my items purchased were now “out of stock,” though I’d already paid for and secured those items. Additionally, I have not gotten ANY of the correct items in yet, even though a replacement order was supposed to have been sent 2 weeks ago. Several items were to be worn with Christmas outfits and others were Christmas gifts... it looks like I won’t receive my items for EITHER purpose at this point. I’m beyond disappointed.

I placed my order November 25th and still have not received the outfit I ordered. I was hoping to have it for Christmas but it doesn’t look like I will. It has been in transit for like 10 days now.

First, thanks so much for your business Tasha! I show your order was received on 11/25 at 5:21pm and included personalization. Embroidery takes 3-7 business days and I show your order shipped on 12/4 via USPS. We do apologize on their behalf for the delay. Between COVID protocols and increased volumes (as shown on their website), unfortunately your order has not been delivered yet and is delayed in transit. We'll certainly keep our fingers crossed that it arrives soon!

This red romper is seriously so cute!! I love the red & white stripped tights to pair with the romper during the colder months. We will wear this romper for Christmas but it will also look great in February for Valentines Day.

This is the best company. Their service is outstanding. I bought two sets for my granddaughters. The dresses are so cute, they love the pockets. Great quality and vivid colors. Bonus with the tights, they’ll be able to wear with other dresses. This gramma is a repeat customer.
