You’ve asked for a review and I have still not received my order. It has been supposedly on its way for 3 weeks. Didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. But I was charged for the items. Not happy

I ordered my items on December 7th, and they were not received until December 27th. The order said it would be there well before Christmas, which is why I ordered, and ordered early.

Here it is Christmas Eve and still haven’t received my order,I had a messag it was to be delivered yesterday, but not it shows nothing.

Didn’t ship until a week after when I had to call tog et it shipped- and it’s still not here... missed my daughters birthday- missed Christmas- and will not be here on time for our trip.

RuffleButts is one of my favorite companies to order from. They send the orders out quickly, they are packaged nicely with tissue paper, and I love all their products! Christina

I absolutely love this company. My grandchildren look so great in the cute outfits I have purchased. Everything washes great! LOVE the sales I have been able to take advantage of.

I have had good luck from Ruffle Butts in the past, but like all things 2020, this purchase was less than stellar. I did not receive confirmation that my order was fulfilled until 2 weeks after purchase, and 10 days after receiving shipping info, I still have not received my items. I know it is not 100% the fault of Ruffle Butts, but is frustrating that I may not receive my order in time for Christmas. Fingers crossed they arrive in time.
