I absolutely adore this fine company! The merchandise is top quality and the option to monogram an item makes the item extra special. I’m a lover of monogrammed items! I recently purchased a chambray dress for my granddaughter with her monogram. Unfortunately the monogram was incorrect. I contacted the company and I was so impressed by the kindness and professionalism I experienced. I received another dress with the correct monogram within a day after speaking to a customer representative. Wow! Talk about fantastic customer service! I’m looking forward to purchasing many more items in the years to come.

Ruggedbutts has been my go to for my boys, especially the swim. I love the cute patterns and long sleeve rash guards, and the quality is amazing! The quarter zip sweaters are my son's favorite school wear, and are so soft and comfortable! Customer service is always so helpful whenever I have questions or need help with an order.

I recently ordered some darling dresses and bathing suits for my twin granddaughters. They arrived and are just so cute! The girls look so adorable in them also!! Love the quality of their clothes! This isn't the first time I've ordered through them, but this time I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of tights when I only meant to order 1 and didn't catch it until after I submitted payment and checked out. I emailed customer service and was contacted right away with someone who helped me reverse the transaction and refunded my money. Very responsive and attentive customer service. Thank you so much!

We ordered bigger sizes of our daughters swimsuit bc we love it so much! I accidentally filled in the wrong address on the order. When I called I got through to Karlea right away. She got my info, found my order me fixed it. It took a matter of minutes and Karlea was so pleasant. Great customer service goes a long way. And of course a terrific product.
