Great quality cabinets and very good customer service - overall it was a pleasant experience.

From initial contact to final delivery, RTA performed very well for us. They helped with kitchen design and the concept drawings were beneficial for our client to visualize the final layout. The quality of the cabinet construction, ease of adjustment of drawers and doors as well as quality of paint were all impressive elements.

Great Experience!! The ease of use of the website, as well as phone and email communication was wonderful. I was also very pleased with the cost in comparing to other online rta cabinet suppliers. The shipping time and the packaging was great...not a single issue with damage or missing items. We ordered the Oxford Toffee and were extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of the finish. The only improvement I would suggest is more detailed/clearer "beginner" instructions. Getting started on the first cabinet was quite time consuming due to having to do a bit of guess work. Once you get the hang of it the cabinets come together quickly.

The quality of the cabinets exceeded our expectations. They are really solid and well constructed. So, so happy with them. The drawer glides are so amazing. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and work great! The instructions were not that great on how to assemble the cabinets or trim. We used YouTube and my husband’s skills to figure it out. We had a few items that arrived broken and RTA was quick to send replacements.
