I don't know what the other females are complaining about but the wig that I bought from them is beautiful and fits perfectly.

I bought a wig, yes it human hair, but from many different heads. The hair tangled after two months. I had to actually use a relaxer twice, just to try to save it .Fresh out the package, of course it looks good, but just know it won't last for long, no different than a synthetic wig.

I ordered my hair on October 31st. I wanted to use the wig for Thanksgiving. I inquired about the status of my ordered on the 18th of Nov. I told them I wanted to use the hair for Thanksgiving. She told me she would let me know if it would be ready before then. No update by the 22nd of Nov. So I messaged the company again and asked if it would be atleast shipped out by the 28th of Nov because I would like to receive it before the end of the month. They replied back on the day of Thanksgiving stating this (I copied and pasted this message...this is the comapany's exact words): "Sorry to come back late. Sorry for that the factory just told us they missed your order.if we rush it ,it needs 10 days to prepare a new one.sorry for the trouble,could you pls let me know if you can wait it? Terribly sorry for the inconvenience.waiting for your reply. Best Regards, Joyce :)" I would have to wait two months to receive something that should have taken 2-3weeks due to your poor customer service. I asked for a refund. I am very disappointed. They have awesome reviews on YouTube but offer horrible customer service. The company may have a lot of custom orders and it is a fairly new company but that is not a good enough reason to let an order go unnoticed. Disclaimer: I ordered this hair from RPGHair not RPGShow...very misleading and confusing. I am sorry.

I ordered my wig on a Sunday night and received it the following Monday (8 days). It is a little big, but I did order the larger cap size. I'll probably size down for my next one. I ordered 20 inches but it is more like 22 inches. The wig is very full. I thought it would be slightly thin since I ordered 100% density but it is extremely full. I've ordered from several other online companies and this is by far my favorite wig. My favorite thing is how great the lace looks. I ordered the light brown lace, it is so sheer and thin and blends beautifully without needing an army of baby hairs. I did however have to bleach the knots. The only reason I didn't give rpgshow 5 stars is because I did have to do a lot of plucking at the hairline. Because I ordered 100% density I thought the hairline would be thinner, but it wasn't and I had to remove a massive amount of hair.

I am seeing a lot of fake reviews about these wigs. People educate yourself. Please understand the youtubers get the wigs for free to give good reviews. Once you see coupon codes the youtuber is sponsoring the unit for free units and or money. Every time you order and use their coupon code it's "kachin" I'm so tired of all the fake reviews coming from RPG show. Why can't you people just send quality wigs instead of just sending them to the reviewers on youtube??

I ordered my NC003-S unit after much research and lots of good reviews on YouTube. What I paid could've bought me 2 decent wigs from another site. Anyway, when I received the wig, the knots were over bleached so my roots were a copper red color all around the unit. I contacted rpgshow and they asked me to send them pictures. After they received the pictures, the lady told me that I could dye the unit and they would refund me 30.00 for compensation. I do not have experience with dyeing wigs and did not want to damage the hair, nor do I know anyone in town that has experience with this either so I asked for another unit. The lady then responds by saying I can send it back via UPS because it'd be cheaper for me... Excuse me, cheaper for ME? Why on earth would I have to PAY to return a faulty product to them? The only reason I am asking for an exchange is because the product is not what I ordered. I have a 1B unit with copper red roots!! Now I am trying to figure out my next steps because if they don't allow me to send this back for free, I'm filing a complaint with PayPal. This is ridiculous.

I'm so disappointed. I was really looking forward to receiving my unit inspired by the hair stylist, Touchedbytim. Much to my surprise, I received a thin unit with the most offensive smell ever! Made me wonder where the hell the got the hair from? I actually asked a customer service rep what type of hair is used for this style as it not mentioned on the wig description. I was told a mix of Indian Remy & Chinese Remy. First of all, I've never heard of any damn Chinese Remy! Secondly, there isn't one strand of Indian Remy on this unit. Because I know I could have the wig styled or cut by someone else, I decided to go ahead and wash & condition it. I don't know what nasty practice these people have going on, but there is no reason why I've washed & conditioned this hair & smells like dirty feet in a gym locker! I am embarrassed to put this thing on my head! I actually sprayed it with perfume to mask the awful smell. I definitely want my damn money back, but I've heard such terrible things about their customer service. Please save your money. You can find better quality at your local beauty supply!

I have been researching RPGSHOW.com for a while. they have some really nice looking "pictures" of wigs. After searching the reviews I noticed that most all of the positive reviews come from people with "Asian" sounding names. And they all have some sort of broken English. One girl said that she was a black girl with short hair and she wanted to have "long hairs like the white girls have". UMM excuse me? you guys really need better writers.Its clear that they are writing their reviews. That leaves me to wonder are they really that desperate for good reviews. why not just sell a quality product if that is the case? The jury is still out on this one. I think I am going to pass. The wigs are way to expensive to have to take a gamble on. My opinion, spend your money how you please.
