Ständig passt die Länge nicht, sehr schade
Ich habe jetzt meine 7 . Perücke dort bestellt. Die Perücke sieht gut aus. Aber was mich so stört ist, das ich schon wieder eine Perücke bekommen habe die länger ist als ich bestellt habe. Ich habe 14 Inch (35 cm) bestellt. Ich habe aber 44 cm bekommen. Ja es gibt vielleicht Menschen die sich darüber freuen, aber ich nicht. Ich möchte das bekommen was ich bestellt habe. Jetzt darf ich wieder zum Friseur und die Haare schneiden lassen. Was wieder unnötig Geld kostet.... Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich nochmal bei Rpgshow eine Perücke bestelle. Wenn man sich nicht darauf verlassen kann....

Love RPGSHOW hair.
Customer service is great-always got back to me quickly. Hair is of good quality, lace melts in your skin and you dont have to worry about walking around with that noticeable horrible smell. The price isn't cheap but it helps that they have coupons you can use. Ordinary person here. Will continue to purchase! I gave 4 stars bc I had to bleach my knots myself.

Expensive but worth the price but be cautious with the curly units.. ..
I have bought 7 units from RPG show...there units are quite expensive so I buy from their clearance section..The quality is stilI good... ..I bought a unit that I was quite disappointed with but I was able to return it and purchase another ...They did give me the option of full return as well ..They are a trust worthy company in my opinion. To update review ..I bought another unit from RPG show ..curly hair ,while I still prefer RPG show I would suggest to avoid buying their curly units .

So Soft and Natural-Looking!
Really good quality hair! It’s so soft, and the lace melts right in, you barely need to do anything to it at all. They also do costumesation which is a +. The only downside for me is that the cap is a bit small, so if you have a lot of hair or a larger head size, I definitely recommend choosing the large cap option.

Communication was great
Communication was great, awesome customer service and very responsive. My wig arrived in good time, earlier than expected. My drawstring though got torn and loose, not sure why but the wig quality, definitely the BEST!

first time buyer
My POV: i'll start with what went well then move on to even better ifs. after waiting 56 days to receive the wig, im enjoying wearing the unit, the style and color are well done. i did a custom unit with a closure and mesh ventilated cap first wig purchase from rpgshow, csr was very responsive to my emails, ,desires and questions they had tremendous patience with me. ive shared some feedback directly with the back office for improvements. my experiences thus far have been good. i must say im alarmed by the poor reviews i had no idea there were so many negative feedbacks about this brand. my experiences were really really good.
