I am new to royal medical center but so far it has been a good experience and look forward to continue that good experience.

Testosterone had wrong dosage on label. No indication gonadorelin needed to be refrigerated on label, only printed on vial, so it sat at room temperature until I used it the following day. “KEEP REFRIGERATED “ should be a red label on vial container that will be seen immediately! The people who work there are great! They had a new label with correct dosage sent next day FedEx. Overall happy with the program!

I was hesitant to try hormones given limited experienced physicians in my area. The process was seamless and within 3 weeks my hot flashes stopped! I am amazed at how low my hormones were and how corrections g them has improved my quality of life dramatically. I would highly recommend this company.
