Amazing customer service! Tammy provided Incredible Service. Very Happy Client!!!

Over the years I've learned, sometimes the hard way, to act as my own patient advocate. Even so, as a patient, I rely on the expertise of my treatment team to teach me and help me understand a particular problem with the goal of finding a solution given the options available. I had spent years wondering what was wrong with me after living my younger years full of energy and athleticism. It wasn't until I was blessed to connect with Royal Medical Center's staff that I learned what was wrong with me and that there was a solution. I had one of the lowest testosterone scores and now that I have begun the treatment, I am looking forward to a more fulfilling life. There is always hope for a better tomorrow especially when there's an entire team of experts supporting me to that end. I am doing my part and wish to share my gratitude to the Royal Medical Center team and encourage potential patients to act as their own advocate and seek the team solution as I have.

I’m beyond happy with my service. In all honesty, it’s a little more than I expected to pay for my medication, but it’s all worth it. Been on trt now for a month and been feeling like a million bucks. Overall, I’m very pleased and will highly recommend this to anyone.

Honestly hands down A list center. Customer service is superb. They answer every question and are super friendly .

I'm not very pleased with the treatment plan. I haven't noticed any difference at all. Don't think I'll be using Royal Medical in the future.
