Verify good service. staff friendly very helpful

I was personally struggling with a low mood, always tired, relationship problems etc. After going to doctor and having routine blood work it came back borderline low testosterone, wasn't low enough for doctor to do anything about it, I contacted RMC and started testosterone and I am a different person. It literally turned my life around, been using since 2019 and feel like a new man.

When I signed up, I taught I was going to see a doctor at the clinic, I did not know that they do everything online, it is not a personal experience but rater they just signed up one more client. They are supposed to refill the prescription before you run out of it. I had to call them because I had only one more dose and had not received my refill yet. I had to watch a video online to show me were to do my injections.

Quick response on any questions I might have had and everyone is very friendly and professional.

Comprehensively, they are an outstanding company, from the Provider to the Customer Service Team. They consistently go above and beyond to deliver a remarkably well-priced service. Their male hair replacement product has worked extremely well for me. I have consistently recommended them to friends.

Overall a positive experience. But one thing needs improvement, I only met with the doctor a couple times and early in the process. I thought there was supposed to be regular blood tests every 3 to 6 months.

I have only been dealing with them for a month so far so good feel good
