My experience has been great so far

I received prompt replies to my questions and received a thorough exam with an NP. All the staff were responsive to my needs and pleasant. I received detailed instructions on everything I needed to do. My care could not have been more convenient. I am pleased with the care with Royal!

Royal medical has been a great experience since joining. There’s consistent communication either through texting and emails. Requests and questions are promptly answered in a timely manner. Customer service is on point. Prescriptions ship and arrive on time. Julie porto the office assistant has been amazing to deal with and super helpful to get me answers and fufill my orders/requests. My patient health coordinator Pete Dimitrakis has been awesome as well. Even before I joined RMC has been great in answering questions and providing high level expertise with the various medications/suppliments. Since joining Pete has continued to be a support system and is very responsive to my questions and so forth. A+ all around for RMC!!
