The staff is extremely professional. It was the first medical facility that listened to my issues and what my goals were. I feel like I'm in my 20s again. I'm getting better sleep, I have more energy throughout the day, and I've put on 30 lbs of muscle. My only regret is not coming to them sooner.

There was a problem with delivery and the delivery was a week late. I went to pick my package up at a FedEx in a Walgreens and the people in charge could not find it. I reported the missing package and you sent another. I noticed that the FedEx personnel happen to find the package and send it back to the sender like no one even tried to pick it up, like they did not lose it to begin with.
