Listen! The service and excellence at this place is unmatched by any Testosterone medical institution. I previously left a four star rating solely because of a prescription preference that I did not relay to Royal. Thru my review Jesse realized I was 90% satisfied with My Royal experience, he resolved my issue and left me flabbergasted at the professionalism of this place. My issue now is that the highest is 5 Stars and I need at least 8. Thanks Royal

The medication was delivered to the PHOTO Department of the Walgreens Pharmacy and no one in the pharmacy was aware of the package. The manager called several other pharmacies before he finally went to the photo department where he found the package. Otherwise I am off to a great start with my TRT. Looking forward to reviewing the actual treatment.

Royal Medical Center has been a positive experience for me, the program appears to be focused on the wellbeing of the customer as opposed to just money. From routine evaluations, to regular physician assessments, to the convenience in receiving prescriptions, I am completely satisfied with no complaints at this time. I received my hormones over a week after having the video chat. I never received an email with instructions, what indications the hormones were prescribed for, side effects, etc. For someone who has never used hormones, a follow-up email or text would have been helpful.
