I wish all medical centers we're like this. They're so professional, efficient, and quick to respond to emails and calls. I never knew seeing a medical professional could be like this. It's impressive.

I’ve researched, I’ve ask my coworkers, friends etc... no one can come close to the price/value. However, the reason I chose Royal is the customer service. Email them ... they respond with in an hour. (Real person). Questions are answered quick and you can have your supplies in your hand less that 4 weeks.

After deciding not to move forward, I called and asked for a refund of my initial $195. I was told they don't refund any money. I had not gotten any labs or physical exam nor spoken to anyone other than the customer service rep. Glad I didn't get in any deeper with this company if this is how they treat people.
