Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate the opportunity to address an important issue. The issue of unrealistic expectation. After reviewing your account, at the time this post was published you had only been on the medication for 3 weeks. We encourage patients to take all medications as prescribed for at least 90 days. After the 90 days, we do follow-up labs that determine how well you are responding to the medications. At that point, we make recommendations and adjustments to the protocol if needed. As for returning medications, that is not an option. All prescriptions are issued directly to the patient for individual use only. We hope that you will continue to take the medication as prescribed so that you have a fair chance at seeing the results you initially inquired about.
