I love my shoes the colors are so bright an pretty an I love that nobody has them that’s my favorite part I’m going to be the first to step out in them.

I ordered shoes and received the wrong size. The fixed the issue immediately. Great customer service.

First Customer and my experience has been the best of any online shopping experience ever. The quality and service of this company is Amazing. Best shoes ever!

I received a spectacular designed shoes but different size. I WROTE an e mail and inmediately response and solve the problem send me another pair of shoes. I appreciate the quickly response. I am waiting my new shoes. Thanks a lot.

Very receptive and short response time!

I ordered two pair of shoes and when they arrived I noticed a small imperfection in one of my shoes. I emailed ROVUX and they responded immediately and quickly fixed my issue. They were very professional and attentive to my needs and I will surely recommend others to buy from them. BTW...my sneakers are super comfortable and looks exactly like the shoe on the website.

I would love give you five stars , but I need a 7.5 size sneaker not a size 6. So if you sent me a 6 , then it won’t fit . I want to buy my husband a pair but am now afraid it won’t come in the right size . The whole reason why I bought this sneaker is because it reminds me of ms colors which my husband has .

Shoes was just as expected customer service was great as well. Got right back with me. Shoes are very well made will order again.
