I purchased the Script style and received them today. The shoes are absolutely fabulous but unfortunately I purchased the wrong size. I decided to purchase the correct size and contact the company to request a refund or to just balance out the new purchase with the old. They went above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to your customer service team! Looking forward to buying from your company again! Thank you once again!

Got the wrong size and informed their support team with my inquiry. Hands down easiest exchange I've ever done. Very pleased with their quick response. Will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future!

Horrible process, cheaply made, and lousy customer service. After waiting 3 weeks for my product to arrive from the birth place of covid-19 in China, it arrives and the shoes are defective. The bottom outer layer of the sole is only glued at the edges. It looks fine but feels like there's a bubble pooping under your foot with every step. I explained this in every way possible to their customer service only to be told that there is nothing they will do but offer me 20% off my NEXT purchase! Rovux can go f@¢k themselves if they think I'll ever buy anything else from them.

They were very accommodating with returning for a different size and answered every one of my emails within the same day! I’ll order again!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER BACK IN MARCH AND I TRACKED THEM AND FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS IT SAID THAT IT WAS STILL IN CHINA AND THEN FINALLY IT WAS IN A SHIPPING AREA NEAR ME ONLY TO BE SENT BACK TO CHINA. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM AND HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH VIA EMAILS AND AFTER GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY. I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. BEWARE.

THE HELL WITH THIS COMPANY..I ORDERED A PAIR OF THESE SHOES AND I DO NOT LIKE THEM...ONLY TO MY SUPRISE ...I CANNOT RETURN THEM OR EXCHANGE THEM FOR ANOTHER PAIR....
