I bought a sneaker on september 2020, but I didn’t receive it yet, I am waiting the delivery more than 7 months!!! I have ever tryied contact with them, but I didn’t receive any answer!!! I have never had such a disgosting experience!

Good costumer service good quality sneakers

I was so excited when I received my Rovux sneakers in the mail today. They were so cute but too big, I contacted the team and they were so nice and helpful by placing a new order with a smaller size and instructed me to keep the first purchase. I was not charged for the new pair and I am definitely ordering from Rovux again and again. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

I love my shoes! They’re so cute! And this company has great customer service. I contacted them because my shoes were a little too small. They responded promptly and I will be receiving a replacement pair. I would definitely recommend.
