These are by far the most comfortable sneakers I've ever purchased, very stylish footwear. I will be purchasing another pair soon. Thank you Rovux🤗!

I will most definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Rovux for taking care of my problem, and for making a well made comfortable footwear

Super pleased!! My shoes were ordered and we ordered our original sizes but they were too small.(may wanna order up) we contacted them they were SUPER PROMPT in response. And they sent out a bigger size! Highly recommend. I ordered April 19, I received them on May3. Hopefully this gives an incite on shipping.

YOU MUST HAVE THESE SHOES. I ordered a pair of shoes and when I received it, it was too big for me. I emailed the customer support and they responded right away. They were very polite and attentive and did my exchange without hassle. To my surprised, they wanted me to be satisfied with the transaction and was advised not to return my old pair and I get to keep it. I was very happy since this pair f shoes was fantastic and very comfortable. I would suggest to order one size down and it does run big. I will definitely buy a new pair again. Thank you

Had a small issue with my order they immediately fix the problem and reship out me another pair of shoes. Will buy again thanks ROVUX

No explanation of where to return the shoes. Difficult to get a hold of someone to send the shoes for a return for the right size. Paying on a pair of shoes that I don’t even have yet in my size. Shoes were return to warehouse it came from now I’m being told the she’s cannot be returned to the warehouse. So where do I send to fry the right pair in my size?

I recently purchased a pair of shoes that were my actual size a size 7.5. When I received and tired them on they were a tad bit to big but comfortable. My 1st thought was to keep them but I knew I wouldn’t wear them so I decided to request an exchange. Rovux support was so helpful and professional. They answered my questions and concerns in a timely and professional matter. Made my purchased well worth it. I will be a returning customer.
