Summer was awesome and did a great job keeping us informed. The website I felt was difficult to use. But finally figured it out to book but when I went back in to tip Summer I couldn't get past the booking page so was unable to tip her.

I was very nervous to leave my babies for an extended time. They were born during the pandemic and are not very socialized, and can be very loud and intimidating even though they are small. They are also very protective of me. But the dog sitter at Rover knew exactly how to handle them, was very professional and kept me updated very well while I was gone. Will 100% be using this service again! Big thanks to Kayla!

What made the experience great was our house sitter was fantastic. We cannot say enough good things about her and plan on using her again in December. What made the experience not so great was we had to contact 7 sitters, all listed as being in our zip code. Half never even responded to our request. Rover should do a better job of clearing out those folks along with those that never update their calendars. That would make the product more useful.
