Kailyn J is a fabulous dog walker. My dog adores her!! She is always on time, courteous and kind. She definitely loves dogs! We are very grateful to have her walk our dog.

I have appreciated using rover because you have the opportunity to meet and greet the caregivers, for your dog to have new positive experiences with people who care about their wellbeing, and I was able to travel with the peace of knowing my dog was receiving love and care.

We were able to meet with the caregiver, view the home and property, and observe our dog's interaction in that setting before deciding to choose a place that would feel like home while we were away. Luckily, we hit the jackpot! Our one-year-old Jack Russell Terrier loved his "adopted" house, and he loved Tiffany. She sent several messages with photos every day, took him for walks, played with him, and cuddled him! Sparky showed his love for Tiffany by licking her, wagging his tail, and snuggling up to her in every photo! We couldn't have expected a better outcome!

In general, the booking process was fairly easy. It was very helpful to easily see all the reviews as well as details like repeat bookings and last minute cancellations. A few things that I think could be improved: * I still don't really understand the start and end times ranges. It isn't very clear what this means when someone is housesitting for several days. * I got a message asking why I chose not to complete the booking. But I HAD confirmed the booking. Turns out the sitter had just forgotten to Accept it. I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out what I'd done wrong ... the answer was nothing. 🙃 * The thing I most wish for is a function on the app where I can quickly see all the details of my booking including all the details I provided, an easy link to all the sitter's info, and the details of fees paid. As far as I can tell, the only way to access all that is to wade back thru emails and texts and look for info and links. It would be SO helpful to have a section for "Your Bookings" to immediately access all the relevant info. Having said all that, I am still happy with my experience so far and would use rover.com again.
