I trusted the reviews of the pet sitter I chose. Based on my security camera footage, she defrauded me by reporting visits as 30 minutes each when they actually ranged from only 10-20 minutes. My negative review of her has not been posted. How many other negative reviews has Rover hidden? How can I trust anything in their webpage if the true reviews aren’t posted? I’m not sure that I’ll ever use Rover again.

Odie came home Content not stressed at all. Nya was great at communicating and flexible for an early pick up. Thanks I recommend Nya and would book again if we are ever in the area again

We love Barb. She’s the best ever. Never have to worry about a thing. Love her!

Excellent caretakers!

Have been very happy with both Rover sitters I’ve used. I appreciate that they have been vetted and reviewed by other customers. I will continue to use Rover sitters!

Our Rover sitter Donald takes excellent care of our labradoodle. He is kind and extremely responsive.

My dog is very frightened of strangers but Kristie was very kind and patient with her! I highly recommend Kristie for any kind of pet sitting. She’s also very reliable!
