It has been very easy to find a sitter, set a schedule and make payments. I love that the sitter can specify their calendar availability. I have yet been able to remove a pet who is since deceased.

Elendig app, totalt håbløst.. Har brugt Gudog i længere tid, men nu da Rover har overtaget Gudog, så tror jeg tiden som hundepasser er slut.

Bella's stays are always great with Richard. She comes back healthy, energetic and obedient.

We booked a meet and greet with a house/dog sitter through Rover.com. He seemed a nice person and was good with our dogs, happy to look after them when we go away. He was with us for nearly 2 hours asking questions and seemed really happy. Then when he left he took photos of our dogs and took a note of our phone numbers, etc. Within 2 hours we received an email from Rover.com letting us know Richard W. was declining our request, even though we were going to pay extra for his meals and fill the freezer with microwave meals. No explanation as to why he decided to decline our request. We phoned Rover.com and got nowhere with them. We have now got to cancel our long await holiday of just one week thanks to Richard W. because he hasn't got the bottle to just explain why he was declining our request. In the meantime if anything happens to our dogs OR property we have photographic evidence of Richard W and would be happy to pass it over to the police. Our advice to anyone thinking of booking house/dog sitting through Rover.com DON'T BOTHER to waste your time or money.

Vi havde aftalt og betalt hundepasning ved Janna Egholm, Skjernvej 50, Arnborg gennem gudog som i mellemtiden fra indgåelse af aftalen til aftalens ikræftræden er overtaget af Rover. Ved ankomsten kommenterede Janna vores hunds størrelse (vejer ca. 30 kg) til trods for at Janna reklamerer med at kunne passe hunde i +45 kg klassen. Jannas egen hund snerrede, og bed ud efter vores hund som reagerede nervøst og besørgede på gulvet. Vi forlod meget nervøse stedet, fordi vi skulle nå et privatfly til Tyskland. Da vi kom til vores destination og kunne vi åbne vore telefoner igen, og det væltede ind med beskeder fra Janna, hvor hun ophævede aftalen, og svinede både vores hund og os til. Der advares derfor på det kraftigste mod at indgå aftaler om hundepasning med Janna Eglund. Janna er totalt og aldeles uegnet til at passe nogen som helst dyr. Hvilket blandt andet kan ses af den meget aggressive adfærd som hendes egen hund, og hun selv udviser. Janna begik gerne kontraktbrud, og overgav uden vores udtrykkelige samtykke vores hund til en anden person. Vi måtte kontakte fogedretten for sikre at de forudbetalte aftalte pasningsbeløb blev tilbagebetalt.

The website is difficult to navigate. Very difficult to find sitters I may have been interested in before. There is so much variability in the sitter’s service quality. Some have good knowledge of pets and pet care. Others just “like” pets but don’t have the background to be a responsible caregiver. Many of the homes have been very dirty and poorly maintained.
