Jennifer's care of our precious Angelle was magnificent! She went above and beyond to keep us abreast of Angelle's daily activities to assure us that Angelle was happy and in great care. She explained to me that Angelle was not eating her kibble, I informed her of what I do in those instances and she did not hesitate to go the extra mile to accommodate Angelle's finicky ways and that meant volumes to us! We will definitely be securing her services as long as she is a boarding home! Thank you Jennifer 😊

A sitter I booked cancelled a booking because of health reasons. I never received the refund because the account I used for the booking has now closed. I spoke to Jessa Marie who told me if the account is closed Rover would not issue the refund to another account or my Rover account. Don't use this company unless you are 100% you will not be moving bank accounts in the future.

I had a great experience finding a pretty last minute booking. The couple I booked are excellent with pets, and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very grateful that I was able to turn to Rover in a pinch.
