I was in need of a dog sitter and decided to try Rover after an acquaintance mentioned they used them. I liked the ease of contacting someone through them, that they do a background check, ease of payment and the ability to see sitter rates and distance from my home as well as reviews. I was very pleased with the meet and greet and the actual drop in dog check. Lots of pictures and our dogs were happy when we returned home. Lacey did a great job with them and gave me a nice report about her time with them. I will be using her again.

My fur baby was very well taken care of by someone that truly loves animals. She was very attentive to my pets needs and sent meet pictures of my dog showing me how great she was being taken care of.

Cancelled our booked appoint with someone we found on the app without contacting us or the pet sitter beforehand - and that just 3 days before our vacation No good explanation and just a lousy refund

Easy to locate nearby sitters and read reviews on them. I appreciate the meet and greet to make sure they are a perfect fit for my dog. It was a little confusing to schedule a meet and greet but will recommend Rover for anyone that needs a sitter !
