I did not know anything about Rover as I found out the night before we left that no pets were allowed in the villa we were staying. I Google searched pet sitters at the location we were staying and stumbled onto Rover. I quickly found the perfect place for our puppy to be in this individual was absolutely wonderful. Apparently your computer system did not register that I never sent payment. I was going to visit my tentative host with my pet, however she canceled out before we could do that. So there is a disconnect in your system, which I assume could be fixed. You should not have a payment from me, since we never "closed the deal".
