Jade had the best experience with Kimberly. She was very friendly and took extra good care of Jade. She was accommodating to a late booking. We would definitely recommend and use Kimberly again.

Rover is great, my dog Scout loves walking with Mary while I'm at work. The app is convenient and the communication is great so I know Scout is safe.

The whole process was easy from start to finish. From scheduling through paying it's intuitive and well thought out. Our pet sitter was great about communicating and letting us know what went on at each visit. She even included pictures.

Great service to find a new sitter. Especially the meet and greet option before you book. Had to meet a few before I found the perfect person.

I am extremely disappointed in Rover.com. My walker , Sam had been very reliable and walked my dog for at least 20 times. Then there was an issue where he said my dog bit him when "spooked" by another dog. I asked the walker what happened and got no response. I asked Rover, and again no response. I still don't know what happened and Rover canceled my account. Don't trust these people. They do not have the pet owners best interest in mind. I'm not sure they have the sitters interest either. Regarding Rover's reply below, I've not been contacted by any "agent" I did however get a notice of termination with the stipulation that this cannot be appealed. Good Luck with Rover.

I had the world's best dog walker- Ir was my first time using Rover. com. Amy was amazing- passionate , kind & genuine. My pup loved her- she was immediately trustworthy. Her care and communication were unbelievable. We will for sure be using her again and again-

My pet sitter was great. Great communication. I received many photos and videos of my dog to see how she was doing. Made me feel better as I feel guilty leaving her instead of taking her with us.
