Great platform, very transparent takes guess work out of pet care.

Found exactly the right sitter for my needs, I enjoyed the thoroughness of the information about potential providers, and the opportunity to provide all the details about my best buddy and his needs. Booking was easy, payment seamless, and my dog seems really happy with the experience, which is what matters most to me. Much better than the option to use a kennel.

Rover provided several available sitters and all were 5 stars. The website was easy to use and provided us the opportunity to describe all our dogs for the sitters. The website allowed us to select and interview several sitters and in the end select the best one for our dogs. The website also allowed for us and the sitter to message regularly. Extremely satisfying.

It is easy to access Rover's website via computer browser or cellphone app, and request pet care from a specific pet care provider or to review the bios of other providers. Payment is also quick and easy after establishing payment credentials. We appreciate the provider reports and pet photos that are accessible from computer or cellphone app while we are away on a trip.

I trust Rover to match my dog's needs with caring pet sitters nearby whenever I need to go out of town. It's super easy, convenient and I have been able to find some wonderful sitters in my community that I have come to rely on.

It allows us to find the sitter in a pinch. However, it wouldn't allow us to select multiple sitters to interview the right fit. We were lucky to get the right one on 1st try. Something it should consider to improve.
