Cecily was absolutely amazing with our high-energy black lab, Earl! She went above and beyond from the very beginning by coming to our house for a meet-and-greet. Throughout his stay, her communication was top-notch. We loved receiving the photos and updates—it was so great to see him burning off energy and making friends with another lab puppy! Cecily is such a kind and caring person, and we were so grateful that she was comfortable handling his daily medication. The convenience of pickup and drop-off made everything seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better, more trustworthy sitter!

Destiny was wonderful with our animals and even fed our koi. Our home was left in perfect condition. Having her was a great experience!

Everything worked out from scheduling, I believe I found a good sitter. We kept each other informed. My dog seemed happy. I spoke to the sitter on the phone and met his family. They all took care of Bruno.

Rover makes it easy to find caring pet care professionals. Our dog walker has become a friend -- my dog's other best friend -- in the 20 months that he's been her regular weekly walker. I know my girl is in great hands, and we all know that Rocer has our backs when it comes to things like payments and liability insurance. I've used it to find sitters and boarding in the past with good results, too, but finding the perfect dog walker to help my energetic girl exercise has been the best!

I employed this company to house/pet sit - I left detailed instructions, and a cash float. I returned to find 2 of my pets had died and my house was filthy - my dogs are traumatized - obviously left alone for long stretches, and had not been taken on walks as instructed. My house was used to house my sitters various "boyfriends" and to feed and lauder for them - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have used Rover several times over the past 5 years with different sitters. A couple of times our plans changed and we had to cancel or reschedule. No problem getting refunds quickly. The site is very easy to use and we have had no issues with using it. All of the sitters we have enlisted did a great job caring for our mini schnauzers.
