My cat was scared of her and hid under the bed the 1st day. The 2nd day she came out but wouldn't let her pat or brush her. She also didn't refill her water fountain so I will definitely get someone else. She got great reviews si I was very disappointed

For how long Rover has been around, I find the user interface lacking and difficult to navigate. It shouldn't be that difficult to find your own past bookings. I also frequently experience weird glitches, and they don't put full pricing up front. There's always shadow pricing that isn't displayed on the main page when searching for a sitter.

I have been using Rover for years and not once has Rover reduced their fees or offer incentives for using this service regularly like many other companies to do with repeat customers. Referring someone and only getting $20is short sighted if I’m bringing additional revenue to the company. By now I should have least had a coupon of 25% off my next booking. Do Better for loyal customers.
