First time Rover user and I had a great experience with Sarah. She was a gem and took amazing care of our little guy!

Ease of use and quality

Our sitter, Hayley, was great! Her daily messages to us were very thorough and you can tell she spent a lot of quality time with our cat. She just has such a warm and trusting presence that I knew our kitty and our home will be taken care of. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Rover makes it very easy to hire a dog sitter. It's easy to communicate with the sitter, easy to pay online. All the information you need about the person you're hiring is available. And Rover offers benefits over just hiring someone off the street. I've used two dog sitters in the last couple years who have stayed in my home while I was on vacation. They were very respectful of my my place and took great care of my dogs.

I love being able to find and vet a pet sitter on Rover. Has worked really well for me.

Appreciate the heads-up on who is a highly rated pet sitter. The last two times have been amazing, and I could not be happier with the results. My only wish is that the site had tech assistance. I have had trouble navigating it. For example, I couldn’t recall the time frames I had asked Rover worker to show up, so was looking for what we had initially agreed upon (prior to an upcoming vacation).

Rover refuses to post my bad review of the dog walker who spent an entire 1 minute and 11 seconds with my dog. The dog walker has a 4.8 star rating but I have video with audio of what she did and what she said to my dog. It borders animal abuse and ROVER refused to view the video, refused to post my negative review so I don't TRUST ROVER as the appear to only post positive. This woman HAS NO BUSINESS walking dogs. But according to Rover she's near perfect. It's a scam and I'm grateful I have video. I'm taking it to my local news because ROVER will not do anything!
