Johnathan S. took great care of our four fur babies. this was our first time using Rover and was nervous about how this would go. Johnathan sent photos and answered all text in a timely fashion. Amazing app and truly a saver. We use it all the time and our puppy is also very happy with the service provided.

Unfortunately, my puppy accidentally broke its leg while in Rover's care. Rover only covered 30 days of medical bills and it took longer than 30 days for my puppy's leg to heal.

The second person I contacted was appropriately communicative. She reassured me as this was the first time I had left my dog with a stranger. We talked for about 20 minutes when I dropped off my dog. I received daily pictures and updates which made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this service and my pet sitter, Sophia.
