We had an out-of-state wedding to attend, coupled with our ME vacation. The dog loves ME so we didn't want to leave her in NC. We knew we couldn't leave her alone in a hotel room. Rover.com made it easy to find a sitter who would keep the dog overnight (it was an evening reception). Communication was great. I wasn't sure where to bring the dog and found by accident that "My Itinerary" had all the information I needed. "Details of my upcoming visit" might be a better descriptor.

While rover.com sends preliminary emails to address concerns and make you feel like they will support you with a resolution, they end up walking you in circles and wasting your time with zero support.

Lauren was very sweet to accept our plea to watch Nico our Kitty on very short notice! She let him have her "Presidential Suite". She had some very nice neighbors who came and played with Nico. She was very kind to introduce Nico to a dog for the first time. Which he did well with. When we came to get Nico, Lauren had some treats and a new toy for us to take home for Nico

I have booked cat sitting service on Rover for three times. The sitter is always on time, well communicated with me, and takes good care of my cats. The Rover App is easy to use. I can see a report card everyday including activity summary and photos of my cats. The billing is clearly itemized. Overall a very good experience.
