Rover helped us find a good pet sitter last minute! We had an unexpected funeral out of town and we found a pet sitter/walker who was kind, understanding, and great with our dog.

Ava was very good with my Lola (8mo Shih-tzu). She sent me pictures every day with updates good or bad. She even asked questions to make sure Lola's stay was pleasant! Thank you, Ava and hope to see you next yr. Sorry about the late review.

Had a bad experience with one of the Dog Sitter’s and Rover did not do anything about it. They told me I had to call the Dog Sitter who I can’t get a hold of and they can’t get a hold of to fix the issue . The Dog Sitter is unresponsive. The issue was it was a stranger who watched my dog when I called the actual dog sitter. She didn’t answer my texts or calls when I picked up my dog at the house. There was another different Dog Watcher from the first. Rover did not do anything, and Just tells me to call their customer service who tells me I have to call the Dog Sitter and figure it out with them.

Can’t be more pleased with the care that my fur babies got at a play day with Andrea. My kids haven’t had many opportunities to socialize but they quickly made friends. I received photos throughout the day that showed their happy faces. When I picked them up, both were happy and slept the entire way home. Andrea will be my go to caregiver for my fur kids.

I trusted Rover when I searched for a dog sitter. I hit the jackpot! Thomas watches one animal at a time and no cages. I have a young blue heeler who is very active and smart. Thomas was wonderful and took his time with my dog. He listened to all my concerns and my suggestions with how to tire my dog out without tiring yourself. He went the extra mile and bought a bubble gun! Also, my dog is very spoiled. Thomas was great with him. So happy I found him.

My most recent Rover experience boarding was exceptional. The three prior times having people housesit in my home while watching our dog were not good. The first person had to leave partway through the sit so we had to come home early. The next one locked our dog in a room while their dog had full run of our house. I will board again, but won't have anyone housesit through Rover again.
