Barbara was great
Barbara was great! She was able to catch on quickly to a complex feeding routine, and was able to work with a couple of changes that needed to be made for a scared cat. The only downside, is the cost for multiple animals.

Gained confidence
I was quite nervous to have a Dog sitter outside my home-but Aina was attentive and gave me updates every day with photos Certainly gave me more confidence I’ll call on her again

The search features are convenient and…
The search features are convenient and I appreciate the IM feature. I do find the booking fees and 20% sitter fees to be very high.

It was nice to have a site to go to but I don't like that you have the ability to see all messages sent between the sitter and the customer.
It was nice to have a site to go to, to find pet caregivers. However, I don't like that you can view all messages sent between the sitter and the customer.

I have never felt comfortable leaving…
I have never felt comfortable leaving my dog at a facility where they are kept in a kennel. I love having my dog stay in someone's home my family isn't able to watch my pet. I think it is less stressful for the pet.
