Great app and website to connect with good and local pet sitters. I used 3 times already!

Services from the pet sitter are very good. However, the app interface still needs works! It is confusing and does not have a good logic flow to go from viewing the available pet sitter to booking to perform follow up actions such as sending messages to the sitter or modifying the booking details. The messaging interface does not have a scrolling feature within the message box.

I appreciate having an app as well as a web I terrace to handle booking, searching, and messaging with sitter. There needs to be some UX and UI work done with the app. It can be clunky to navigate to search for sitters, and also it provided sitters not available during our time. I appreciate that the platform sends messages via text, app, and email so the sitter can be sure I receive the communications.

Easy and straightforward booking for my pooch!

Easy to use app, and responsive on the one time (out of 8 bookings) we've had an issue. We've found the sitters responsive and responsible, and very communicative, which helps when they are taking care of your pets.

I found a great sitter on Rover, HOWEVER, Rover takes a very large percentage of the sitter funds for their fees. It's a shame how little the sitters actually make. They only show you the their add on fees, but in truth they also take a percentage of the sitter's daily fee. This causes sitters to increase their daily fee just to make a decent amount and Rover then becomes pricier than a kennel.
