Ahli K. came to our home to pet sit for 7 days. Her initial visit was positive and I felt she would be a good fit for our 3 animals (2 cats and elderly dog). She requested to be paid through Zelle because she said Rover takes 20%. We installed a camera in our home prior to our vacation, one of the smartest things we did. She never paid any attention to our pets other than feeding them. No walks or play time. She ate food on our couch and in our bed. She used our person hygiene products. She was confrontational through texts. Locked our dog out of the bedroom where her kennel is kept. THE WORST! DO NOT BOOK WITH HER!

I have gotten excellent service from every pet sitter I have used through Rover. I was initially very hesitant to trust my fur babies with a stranger, but the pet sitters made my pups feel very comfortable and right at home. They provide excellent communication and photos, and are sometimes even available in a relatively short notice. I LOVE Rover and I tell many of my friends and family members about it as well!

I have used Rover over the last 2 years to find sitter for my miniature poodle. Every single time I found someone with ease and someone that’s the right fit. The platform is very easy to use with lots of options to help make your decision seamless. I will continue to use the platform and I would 100% recommend the app for your pet sitter needs.

Awesome! Had no idea this was an option and our sitter was the bomb dot com. Totally changed our pet sitting views and highly recommend to others.

I had an issue with a pet sitter where I received poor service and paid for services that were not received. I filed a report, discussed it with someone from Rover, and never heard back. I should be offered at least a partial refund or credit for future services. I will not use Rover again.
