Convenient and reassuring
We've only used Rover once, and found it convenient, fast, and secure. You have a choice of many sitters, their relative locations, fees, and reviews. Lots of communication with sitter beforehand and we were offered a discount for it being our first booking with Rover. Payment is done through Rover, but you don't know last names or exact addresses until after you've booked. We had a great sitter, friendly and understanding. We paid a tip at pickup, but Rover has the option to add it after the booking is over. We'll continue to use Rover, it saves a lot of anxiety about leaving your pup with a new person.

Quick response and it was very easy to communicate with my sitter. Allison, my sitter, went above and beyond to make my pets happy while I was away. Just a really professional way of doing business.
