My sitter was great, but the platform is not ideal.
I am happy with the sitter I had, but I did not like the amount of people I had to go through to get to the sitter I needed. Several people before my sitter bailed, and roover did not provide an alternative. Luckily I found my sitter in the nick of time, but it was stressful. I also need a sitter who specializes in older dogs, and the selection is slim. Also this site is very expensive.

Rover care team
My Rover sitter had an issue on the first day with my dog. She wanted him placed with anyone else. She felt he was too anxious for her environment. The Rover care team was excellent. They worked with both of us to find the best solution. The rest of my trip was so much better with their professional and kind assistance. Thank you Rover

Top notch doggie daycare
Love having my fur baby stay with Susan S. in Chatsworth. She has an awesome doggie daycare and boarding. She is caring and has been the only person to be able to get my dog to do a pack walk, and that says a lot.
