Absolute disgrace, set up an account and then they deleted it stating I had multiple accounts, I have never used the company before. Sent a reply email as indicated - bounced back finally managed to send one to another address no reply. Almost impossible to contact them. I am now concerned about my data and my puppy’s pictures as I can’t even get confirmation that they have been erased. Zero avenues to contact the company which makes me think if you had an issue it would never be resolved - avoid at all costs!

The service provided quality people to care for your pet. We were updated daily during the time they watched your dog. The people were very friendly and helpful. We felt reassured we had done a positive thing for your dog.

My puppies were happy!

Moving to a new area and losing our regular pet/house sitter was hard. Our experience with Rover has been awesome and I know we have found our pet's next best friend!

Calli took to Jaelyn at first meeting. I was worried Calli wouldn’t eat while we were away but she was comfortable with Jaelyn and ate all her meals. Thank you for taking care of our girl!

Actually, one thing that might improve is learning that Rover charges a certain percentage added on top of the dog walkers fee… quite extreme in my experience. Although the dog walker I hired was effective and very helpful to me.

No solo la app fue súper fácil de entender y manejar si no que respondieron súper rápido a mis consultas y además me encontré con dos seres de luz que cuidaron y mimaron a mi pequeño. Estoy más que satisfecha y sobre todo, agradecida!
