Professional, great with my large dogs and great communication

My husband and I really were looking forward to traveling after we retired, but hesitated to go on trips because our two dogs have anxiety, and are quite reactive. They need someone special that understands their issues, and can work with them. Through Rover we were able to find a great dog sitter who has cared for our dogs three times this year, enabling us to take trips without them. The sitter was so good with our rescues that we have been able to take international trips without worrying about the pups! Rover’s process is user-friendly, the sitter bios are very helpful in choosing a potential sitter, and the way they handle the finances and their communication set up is top-notch.

What good pet owner doesnt feel a little bit guilty about leaving their pet behind when they travel? My lab loves Sarah so much. He has a great time when he's with her. I know for certain, he's in good hands with someone that genuinely cares about him. Peace of mind.

I was able to find my own sitter, I was also able to meet those people before letting them watch my baby. I canceled one as I did not care for that person as I was just not comfortable with them. That process was very easy.

The dog boarder, Shania was great, no worries there. However I put in the aoo twice promotions I was sent and neither was applied to this booking. The app was good for booking but not for getting a promotion applied

The experience was great. The website is very good. The only thing I would like is a receipt at the completion with a total which is easier access.
