Our puppy got sick while at a Rover sitter. Rover did not have our back whatsoever and used any loop hole they could find to get out of helping with the financial responsibility. They do not care if your dog gets sick nor did they hold any accountability for the sitter who was responsible for our puppy’s well being. The sitter is actively still on their site watching dogs despite what he did to ours. Absolutely awful service and awful experience.

A little over a year ago, I had to do some drop in visits for a family, The dog cookie had a accident upstairs. I never stepped foot upstairs and I’m being blamed for the incident… even a year later. Now Rover came to me saying I had two accounts, but I don’t. I’ve only have one now. Why wouldn’t they just delete the old account AFTER A YEAR OF INACTIVITY AND reactivate my current account because I am trusted dog sitter and Walker. Now for them to ask me my side of the story and still have my account deactivated is 100% not OK. I will never be recommending Rover or using it again. Rover lost all my respect, and I will be only talking about how terrible this whole experience has been. 0/10 stars 0/10 response time for the email 0/10 for talking to me about some fur baby that took a poop in someone’s home over a year ago.

Andrew did an excellent job taking care of our cat and made us feel comfortable by sending us daily videos/updates. He was also flexible with his schedule and time which came in handy with delays on our trip.

Nikki has been a big help checking in on our cats while we’re out of town for my husband’s cancer treatment. The cats love her and thats been a blessing to us how helpful and accommodating she’s been.

The person was available for vacationers.

My husband and I travel out of the country from time to time and use Rover.com for our pet sitting. Carlo is exceptional and we always ask for him. He is reliable, thorough and caring. And our two older male cats love him. We get an update via text with pics every visit. Highly recommend Carlo and Rover.com.
