Our sitter Ashley J. never took care of our pets. Her first drop in lasted 4 minutes then she left. After multiple attempts to contact her and Rover’s failed attempts we had to locate another sitter on our own to quickly check on the safety of our pets. We cancelled the door lock access to our home do River sitter could no longer access the house after we secured care. Next morning said River sitter started drop in and posted picture of pets. This was impossible 1. She did not have access and 2. Our replacement sitters were the only ones on the camera entering residence. Refund was offered but no response to our request for extra to compensate our replacement sitter. The stress having to worry about our pets 1500 miles away was something I never want to experience nor have anyone else experience again. My review of this sitter was not posted snd she is still available as a sitter. Deception and neglect and still available as a Rover sitter. Help me make this make sense

Mind “Rover” the cheating platform! It requests $40dollar deposit when you registered. But when issue occurs, it gives no solution and no support, when you quit the platform, it swallows your deposit do no refund the user. Horrible! It is a designed trap, pet lovers don’t choose it!

The process of using Rover went well. We boarded our 10 year old pup with Anton from October 11-21. We did a pre-visit with Anton and found his home to be very clean and orderly. Anton provided updates with pictures every couple of days. He was very flexible relative to drop off and pick up times. We plan to utilize Anton for our future needs.

Best “Dog/House”sitter we have found! It was like having your daughter come to help you. She was not only knowledgeable and dependable - but she is also a Vet Tech studying to go to Vet School. How perfect is that? The Rover website is very easy to use, and the pricing seems fair. Highly recommend this company. Also - they are great to find pup friendly hotels while on the road. Five stars!

Liz was friendly welcoming and listened to our information about Bumble. She gave him two walks and reported back to us during the day and at the end. Bumble clearly has a day in a warm caring environment

I have used the same Rover employee for several years. She is wonderful with my cats, friendly with me, and very consistent and trustworthy.

I was so thankful to find a local pet sitter like Laura, on Rover. It made leaving on vacation so much easier and really set my mind at ease. For me, the worst part about going out of town is worrying about my animals. Laura was kind, patient, loving, professional, competent, and compassionate. She gave the best care to my fur babies that they could have. I definitely recommend using Rover to my friends and share what a great experience it was for us.
