Very useful! Pleased the five times I have used it.

I booked multiple visits while being out of town. After the first two, I have not been able to tip. Also the amount of tip is limited. So once I get back, I have to go get cash and go out of the way to meet up with the person. Why take away from those working for Rover, making it's name? My only complaint is with the app itself.

Kelsey just makes traveling less stressful. We know our dogs will be well taken care of in their own home and to is eliminates the stress and anxiety about your dogs.

I found quality pet care

Rover makes me feel extremely comfortable when traveling, knowing that our dog is well taken care of. We have used two different sitters and both have been fantastic.

Ava, our sitter was excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Rover.com, however is a different story. After trying numerous times to get itemized bill, nothing has happened and there is no phone number to call. Not accptable.

Rover is a helpful site and I found a great dog walker immediately. But I feel there is way more computer entry and response than is necessary. I don't need to see pictures of every walk, etc. And I don't need to communicate with my dog walker all the time. And I have trouble using the app on my phone. (I am old).

Jennifer was fantastic with my pets. I could not have asked for better.
