Flexible and reliable
I like all the flexible options to configure your search for pet care, and I am pleased by the sheer number of potential caregivers that come up whenever I search. I like that I can see where they are located, and use that info along with ratings/reviews and their own bio paragraphs to choose whom to contact. My only complaint is that, while I recently searched based on a morning time window, many people I reached out to said they were only available later in the day. So it seems to me that when caregivers update their availability, they’re not able to do it in a granular enough way to get me the best search results. Other than that, the system seems to work flawlessly – it acts as a middleman communication layer so you’re texting back-and-forth with caregivers without ever knowing one another’s phone numbers, so it’s important that it works well. I will definitely continue to use Rover as a way to find dog lovers who want to walk my furbaby.
